Nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale ospitava una batteria antiaerea che comprendeva trincee di protezione (con passaggi sotterranei), depositi (purtroppo andati in rovina) e una imponente (ma ora pericolante) centrale di tiro che domina il paesaggio.<\/p><p>Sul mare antistante la scogliera si trova un piccolo isolotto che affiora di poco dalla superficie e alla cui sommita&#8217; si trova un faro, attivato nel 1935.<\/p><p>A causa delle forti correnti il posto rappresenta un notevole pericolo per la navigazione. Nel tempo si sono susseguiti numerosi naufragi ed e&#8217; per questo motivo che fu battezzato con questo nome.<\/p><p>Durante le belle giornate il mare regala degli incredibili riflessi cristallini. Nelle giornate di forte vento di Libeccio non e&#8217; raro ammirare le onde che sovrastano il faro.<\/p><p>Vicino alla spiaggia ci sono un piccolo parcheggio, un bar e un ristorante.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punta Mangiabarche e&#8217; una costa rocciosa a strapiombo sul mare.
